Role Profile
The Global Executive Talent Acquisition team is a small, high-functioning team that advises Visa’s business leaders on senior leadership appointments. The global team operates across five regions; North America, Latin America & the Caribbean (LAC), Asia-Pacific (AP), Europe and Central Eastern Europe, the Middle East & Africa (CEMEA). The team comprises experienced Talent Acquisition professionals from both Corporate and Executive Search industries, as well as strategic sourcers and researchers, and candidate-care specialist co-ordinators.
The team directly sources candidates in markets spanning; the UK, Spain, Turkey, France, Sweden, Germany, Poland, Dubai, Russia, sub-Saharan Africa, Singapore, China, Malaysia, India as well as throughout North America and Latin American markets such as Brazil and Mexico.
The Executive Talent Acquisition Partner (ETAP) will form part of the Global Executive Talent Acquisition team covering markets outside of the US, principally in Europe & CEMEA. The role will support senior leadership hiring throughout the two regions and partner closely with the research team and other ETAPs. This role will engage in strategic client work with regional and functional HRBPs, as well as the wider Talent team and business leaders in the respective regions.
This role will lead on executive hires both internal and external through direct sourcing with the research team. The ETAP will take a proactive approach to talent incubation for leadership. They will offer subject matter experience throughout the life cycle of the search from briefing to shortlist to interview stage and candidate offer and acceptance, providing a seamless hiring experience and excellent candidate care.
