Virtuoso Sourcing Group has new projects and is expanding its operations in Tempe. VSG is a national company, headquartered in Colorado specializing in Customer Support, Customer Retention, Collection Agency, and Call Center activities. VSG supports large consumer services companies with customer support, collections, call overflow and customer contact load balancing. VSG also provides student loan rehabilitation support under a sub-contract with the US Department of Education.

About the role
Outbound Sales is a sales professional specialized in establishing outbound customer contacts in order to promote and sell a product or service. We are searching for Outbound Sales to join our fun, fast-paced, growing team and take on full responsibility for converting sales leads into customers.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Sales Campaign
• Ability to overcome objections to close the sale
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Basic understanding of electricity/utility companies
• Attention to details when filling out contracts
• Able to build with clients
• Highly motivated
• Good organizational skills

Location & commitments

• $15.00-17.00/hr
• Full-time
• Monday-Friday
• 100% Remote
• Referral bonuses

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
• Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
• Adaptability and accountability
• Windows 10/11 laptop computer
• Wired Headset, Webcam, Ethernet Cord
• Quiet, Reliable area to work
• Ability to pass background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
