Key Responsibilities : Develop a hiring strategy aligned with the executive team’s objectives, such as expansion plans and revenue targetsImprove recruitment team capacity, tooling, and processes to achieve 100% of team hires timely, considering attritionPersonally fill at least 5 senior job positions per quarter, including leadership roles and senior account executivesRequired Qualifications : 4+ years of experience leading a team in a fast-growing multinational IT business8+ years of hiring experienceExperience building and improving the recruiting processExtensive background in fulfilling roles within Sales and MarketingProficiency in sourcing and cold outreach methods
