A company is looking for a Logistics Engineer to support the development of logistic strategies, processes, and identify, analyze, and implement opportunities for improving the company’s supply and service relationships with suppliers / carriers / couriers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities : Develop logistics strategy and processes for lines of businessFind cost savings and operational solutions to challenges in LogisticsUtilize lean, six sigma, and other methodologies to develop solutions and process improvementsRequired Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineer, Business, related degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Logistics, Freight, Fleet, and / or WarehousingExperience in project management and codingFamiliarity with different transportation modesStrong analytical skills
