Job Overview:
Work with Project Coordinators / Managers and Director of Operations to be the primary recruiter of staff for VTG project needs by utilizing various company tools and relationships with universities and other organizations. This role will be responsible for maintaining relationships and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Responsibilities/Job Functions:
Understand current tasks and projects going on in their entirety so that information can be properly and efficiently communicated to potential staff recruits.
Work with the Project Management team to determine staffing needs for various projects in various locations across the country.
Work with various VTG tools to staff the testing or project sites as well as reaching out to new companies, schools and other sources to find new sources of staff
Funnel the staff into the appropriate tool for the project and ensure we are compliant, ex: drug tests and background checks are completed and satisfactory
Maintain information of staff in company owned databases and sustain relationship through multiple testing and/or project windows for possible re-utilization in the future
Ensure staff complete all relevant training prior to the testing window and create a pipeline of alternative and/or additional staff should an issue arise.
Work with Project Management team to overcome any problems encountered
Monitor staff during project windows to ensure proper attendance guidelines are met
Train additional staff members on recruiting when brought onboard to assist with ‘busy’ season
Keep SOPs updated and accurate with procedures to ensure accuracy of job duties
Update managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding action summaries using our Project Management software
Expense management for assigned projects
Find creative ways to streamline processes and procedures for improving project efficiency
Tracking time using company provided tools to assist in determining overall capacity of Operations Department
Assist in all areas of VTG and Comm-Core business as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
2 years customer service experience, any project coordination experience is preferred
Must be organized, have great time management, experience with Windows and Office suite and detail oriented to ensure proper ing to clients and management
Willingness to participate in continuous education opportunities
