We have an exciting opportunity for an Education and Admin Support Officer to join our team and Peterborough.

About the role
As our Education and Admin Support Officer, you will be responsible for the delivery and ongoing management of the educational and visitor facility in line with our contractual obligations.

You’ll prepare and conduct site visits and presentations to visitors from a wide range of interest groups, schools and colleges, community groups and charities, and take part in outreach activities as and when required.

The role will include day to day liaison with the Fuel Supply Team, site visitors, client officers, ERF Operations Team and other departments, as well as providing administrative and organisational support as required to the Head of Fuel Supply and Major Contracts Team,

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in working in an administrative/ organisational based role.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in preparing and delivering presentations.
• Some experience in an educational or visitor led environment would be beneficial.
• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of applications
• Diligent with excellent attention to detail
