About the role
The role holder will work with the business to understand the goals and priorities for Virgin Media O2 and to build appropriate, future-focused talent & performance plans to support this. The development of talent & performance propositions will need to consider all elements of the colleague lifecycle.
The Talent and Performance Partner will have responsibilities for evaluating current and future skills, competencies and behaviours aligned to the business strategy and aims. They will be key in championing a culture of regular performance, development and talent conversations / objective setting / high-performing teams.
Working with the Head of talent you will be involved with designing and delivering talent development programmes that incorporate education, experience and exposure that address some of the gaps in our pipeline as well as using data analytics to influence decision-making and provide business insight, to make positive change.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

Experience of working in a large (5000 employees+) fast-paced, complex and challenging environment that is going through significant change

Examples of Project Management expertise – managing large scale change & transformation projects

Working knowledge of experience of designing or facilitating talent/performance reviews including calibration
The other stuff we’re looking for
We’d also love you to bring;

Experience of communicating – written and oral, complex HR matters succinctly, concisely and clearly up to ExCo level

Analytical mindset with the ability to influence through fact-based approach

Qualifications in psychometrics, coaching would be beneficial
