We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our outsourced provider in Melbourne.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be working with our hiring managers delivering an end to end recruitment process and be sharing your experience and expertise along the way. The volume of work is high and varied, so you’ll need to be able to manage a lot of roles – but don’t worry, you’ll have the full support of an incredible team who are passionate about what they do and how they turn up to work each day.
You will have a keen eye for talent and will continuously work on building talent pipelines to deliver quality appointments with industry best time to fill. Applying your expertise in strategic sourcing, you will appoint the best people in alignment with your Hiring Leaders business objectives. You will have the technical expertise to develop a unique Recruitment strategy for your portfolio in line with Virgin Australia’s values and vision.
What you’ll need:
Right now, you’re an experienced recruiter with the ability to provide meaningful and relevant knowledge and skills to assist our business to make great hiring decisions. Your recruitment experience means you can pivot in order to meet the ever-changing needs of our business. You will have the technical expertise to develop a unique Recruitment strategy for your portfolio in line with Virgin Australia’s values and vision.
You will need strong collaborative and consultative relationship management skills to develop connections with key stakeholders within the business. We are incredibly complex business and the needs of our hiring leaders are unique.
