About the role:

Vintage Cash Cow is looking for a Financial Controller to assist the CFO in the Finance department. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious qualified accountant that is looking for exposure to a growing company, entrepreneurial CFO / Founders and venture capital investors.

Requirements

You will:

• ·Ensure the reliability, accuracy, accessibility and completeness of financial information by taking ownership of all accounting, payroll and treasury functions
• Contribute to the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, protocols and risk management tools
• Assist CFO in preparation of monthly management accounts and other regular and ad hoc financial reports for Board meetings
• Oversee timely compliance on all tax (VAT, PAYE/NI, corporation tax)
• Manage the annual financial planning and budgeting processes
• Supervising finance department staff
• Project manage transition to digitalization and remote accessed cloud accounting software and dashboarding

You have:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)
• Proven ( >3yrs) experience in a similar role
• Sound knowledge of accounting and tax fundamentals
• Strong financial & analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Sage accounting software is advantageous
