Vineyards Management Group Hiring for Data Entry Clerk/Data Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with suppliers via phone and email
• Complete efficient and timely data entry into custom ERP software
• Work with a high volume of invoices
• Management of account payments
• Assist with month-end and year-end tasks
• Work closely with fresh produce buyers and warehouse team to ensure deadlines are met daily
• Reviewing statements, following up invoices/delivery documents and filing invoices
• Other general administrative duties as required

Skills And Experience:

• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Good time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines

• A good understanding of Xero, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word • The ability to prioritise workload and multitask

• Prepare, check, and sort documents for data.
