Vincere Industries, a remodel and construction company, is searching for a motivated, customer-oriented service dispatcher.

The ideal person will:

• Coordinate and dispatch field service techs
• Be a liaison between our accounts, clients, and staff
• Schedule incoming calls from customers for floor care
• Manage multiple calendars
• Ensure work is completed and provide updates to clients and accounts
• Invoice customers
• And more

Must be able to:

• Handle high call volumes
• Be tech savvy and a proficient typist
• Go the extra mile, communicate clearly, think on your feet
• Provide an excellent customer experience
• Function well in a fast paced environment and not require supervision or direction to seek out solutions to problems that arise
• Do well under pressure
• Self-start
• Love to talk!

This is a tough, but fulfilling job for someone that enjoys a challenge and is looking to grow with a company. Career paths are available.

Construction background a +

Military background always a plus!

The position would be hourly + bonus structure
