Part-Time Office Assistant position available at private practice law firm in Amherst, WI. Candidate will assist the office by screening client telephone calls, scheduling appointments, transcribing dictation, composing and editing office documents and correspondence, assisting walk-in clients, managing client data and documents, performing basic accounting procedures, and other office-related tasks.
Candidate must have excellent computer, communication, and writing skills, including experience with Microsoft Word. Experience with QuickBooks preferred. Candidate must be professional, confidential, organized, able to work independently, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and embrace learning new skills.
Candidate must be available 3-4 days per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
