About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic People and Culture Recruitment Graduate to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks and projects associated with the People & Culture and Talent Acquisition team focusing on assisting with administration and recruitment processes. This is a unique opportunity for a recent Graduate who likes a fast paced, dynamic and fun environment, focused on creating joy and memories that last lifetimes!
Duties:

• Provide professional, friendly and prompt service for internal & external enquires
• Maintenance of the payroll database (SAP) in a high-volume environment, whilst ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
• Assisting with recruitment functions such as writing & posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, reference checking, and following up with the onboarding process of new team members
• Assist with creative content for our internal social media accounts and coordinate the procurement of prizes for our reward and recognition program
• Assisting the P&C team for any administration tasks necessary to ensure we are leading the business to achieve our overall company objections

Skills and Experience:

• Studying or completed Human Resources degree/diploma
• Human Resources administration experience desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines
• Professional and friendly disposition with self organisation, problem solving & time management skills
• Demonstrated discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality with a proven ability to work with business stakeholders
• Competent navigation and application of Microsoft Suite and social media platforms, to an intermediate level
• Previous experience in SAP and Page Up would be advantageous
