People & Culture Coordinator

About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic People and Culture Coordinator to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks and projects associated with the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams. This is a unique opportunity a fast paced, dynamic and fun environment, focused on creating joy and memories that last lifetimes!
Duties:
  • Provide professional, friendly and prompt service for internal & external enquires
  • Responsible for administration/reception duties associated with for People & Culture and Learning & Development
  • Manage and keep up to date the HRIS and LMS systems ensuring all data is current and compliant
  • Liaise with external training companies and monitor, book & follow up on internal & external training for all team members
  • Facilitate a range presentations/courses including Group Interviews, Induction, Guest Service and Compliance portfolios
  • Assisting with recruitment functions such as reference checking, police checks and following up with the onboarding process of new team members
Skills and Experience:
  • Human Resources administration experience desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Professional and friendly disposition with self organisation, problem solving & time management skills
  • Demonstrated discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality with a proven ability to work with business stakeholders
  • Previous experience in SAP and Page Up would be advantageous
