Village Hiring for Software Engineer Job at Leicester, England Full Time

This is an exciting new project to work on a live streaming iPlayer app for an emerging network station and production house.

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our small team of coders and developers for a clients new media streaming projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the way that the software functions of the clients iPlayer platform created by a software design team will work.
• Work with the design team to help consolidate disparate program functions into a unified whole.
• Work with the programmers and coders to help map out various programming tasks and smaller functions, which are then combined into larger, functioning programs or new features for existing software.

You will work in both design and development stages of the software creation. During the design phase you will work out the basic things the program or update will be expected to perform.

You will plot out the various aspects of the automated tasks that will be necessary, using design documentation and flowcharts to help illustrate the process.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Salary: £45.00-£50.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
