CALLING OUT ALL CUSTOMER CHAMPIONS!

Far from being monotonous, this job will allow you to play a key role with our customers by taking care of them from start to finish during their experience with our innovative undergarment products. You will take part of an enthusiastic team and play a part in the growth of our company.

What you Champion:

· Provide support and guidance with customers;

· Build and maintain customer relationships;

· Record and process orders (invoices and payments);

· Screen and respond to customer inquiries;

· Handle day-to-day receivables;

· Process requests and invoicing, as needed;

· Update the different web platforms;

· Coordinate the travels of the technical department;

· Resolve arising issues;

· Send information to prospects such as order forms and information on equipment, etc.
