This position reports to the Director of People Operations and collaborates with senior leaders and internal partners to oversee the execution of the Vigilance Health talent acquisition strategy. The successful candidate will:

• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to share expertise when crafting and reviewing job requisitions, defining and validating key positions requirements.
• Use traditional and alternative resources to proactively identify and attract quality candidates
• Source, recruit and Pre-screen candidates for a variety of skills
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for future consideration
• Assess candidate capabilities against role requirements
• Serves as liaison between hiring manager and external candidates
• Establish and drive the interview process for candidates and hiring managers
• Develop and provide weekly and monthly recruiting reports
• Execute on other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and use sound judgement
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Successful at multi-tasking and identifying prioritization in a fast-paced growth environment
• Understanding of recruiting metrics and best practice
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 2 years’ experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
