Victrex Hiring for HR Business Partner at Thornton Cleveleys Full Time

You will work in partnership with Strategic HR Business Partners, providing generalist expertise to our manufacturing areas, to enable a high performing organisation through delivery of our People Strategy. This will include providing advice and guidance on matters relating to employee relations, managing recruitment activity, implementing appropriate talent development solutions, and supporting the whole employee life cycle in line with best practice methods.

In the role of HR Business Partner, reporting to the Head of HR Operations, it will be your responsibility as an enthusiastic, forward thinking HR professional to ensure that the business is protected by adherence to all relevant legislation, best practice and business process in an environment of continuous improvement and evolution.

The successful candidate will have solid commercial awareness, be adept at problem solving, experience in working with Trade Unions and posses the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with strong influencing and relationship building skills which are essential in order to be successful in the role.

If this is the career step you are looking for, you will be a CIPD Member (or equivalent professional body) or posses equivalent experience in a similar role. You will have relevant employment law knowledge, employee relations experience including working successfully with employee groups and experience of managing employee lifecycle activities.
