Victory Collegiate Academy is currently hiring a 8th Grade Math/Science teacher for the 2022/2023 school year.

Job responsibilities include.

*Creating a stimulating environment that fosters academic and social excellence as well as respect and culture for learning.

*Communicating regularly with school administrator(s) regarding scientifically based research findings, as well as initiatives and mandates related to the curriculum, instruction, and assessment.

*Developing lesson plans and instructional material and provides individualized and small group instruction to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each learner.

*Optimizing opportunities to highly engage students in discourse that supports the Arizona State Standards and adopted academic/social curriculum through effective questioning and discussion techniques.

Qualifications:

SEI Endorsed, or obtain within 90 days. AZ Teacher Certification a plus, but not required (a substitute certification is required). Two or more years of classroom teaching experience preferred. AZ State IVP Fingerprint clearance card required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
