Job Description: Receptionist
Duties:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
– Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
– Provide administrative support such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
– Assist with order entry and inventory management
– Transcribe documents and maintain accurate records
– Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks
– Perform general clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Proficient in using computer software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Customer service-oriented with a professional and pleasant demeanor
– Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
