Customer Service and Sales Representative

Pay, Compensation, and Benefits

• Starting Entry-Level Wages Range from $40000 to $62000 to start, including company bonuses

Daily Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador while professionally and enthusiastically representing clients
• Provide great customer service via face to face interactions
• Engage in B2B and field sales/fundraising
• Hosting and attending promotional events on behalf of clients
• Contributing to social media posts, online content and brainstorming initiatives
• Implementing sales and marketing campaigns via direct sales and marketing
• Identify customer specific needs and address them
• Retrieve client records and complete reports as requested
• Manage time effectively and strive to exceed personal goals
• Assist with other administrative duties as required
• Attending training seminars for various clients and branding campaigns

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent minimum
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred but not required
• Full-time availability (Minimum of 4 day Part-time)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Customer Service/Sales attitude
• Great organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Leadership skills for advanced positions
