Victorian Building Authority Hiring for Senior Financial Accountant Job at Melbourne Full Time

As the Senior Financial Account you will be responsible for the accurate financial accounts, including monthly reconciliation and managing a range of other account functions, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and providing expert advice and reporting to support a range of internal and external stakeholders

Who we are looking for

• Tertiary qualifications with a major in accounting, finance or a related discipline and Completion of the Australian Society of CPA
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills to reason through problems and recommend innovative solutions in a complex environment based on a consideration of facts, alternatives and business acumen
• Demonstrated experience in accounting within a corporate environment and strong knowledge of technical accounting and financial reporting requirements.
• Strong written communication skills with demonstrated experience in producing advanced technical reports, correspondence and analysing financial information.
• Strong stakeholder relationship and management skills and the ability to negotiate, liaise across all levels, proactively identify stakeholder requirements and deliver high levels of customer service.
