This is an exciting fixed term opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to build on their recruitment experience. As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to facilitate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. You will establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, providing expert recruitment advice and ensuring recruitment activities are planned and delivered within agreed timeframes. As an integral member of the Human Resources team, you will provide exceptional customer service in all recruitment activities, with a strong emphasis on candidate care.

Fixed Term until 30 June 23

VPS4: $90,067 – $102,192 + Super + Leave Loading

What you’ll do

Reporting to the HR Director, the Talent Acquisition Partner will be motivated, client focused and have the ability to balance rigour and innovation in your approach. You will contribute to the delivery of services, advice and business improvement.

Other responsibilities include

• End-to-end recruitment including planning, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and job offer.
• Coordination of employee onboarding using our market leading technology
• Liaison and relationship management with recruitment agencies
• Talent search using various headhunting methods including the use of LinkedIn and Seek.
• Keeping abreast of changes in the resource market to help inform future talent strategies and plans.

What you need

• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• A passion for client service and candidate care
• A highly effective communication style
• A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management (or equivalent) and/or generalist experience in Human Resources
