HEP 5 $67,921 – $78,018 per annum plus 17% employer superannuation contributions. This is a full-time (36.75 hours per week) continuing position.

About the role

Work as part of our Recruitment and Reward Team within the People and Culture unit to support the Recruitment Coordinators and Consultants to deliver effective recruitment and appointment solutions that positively impact Victoria University’s employee experience. This role will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to build on their existing experience in a recruitment function, have exposure to internal and external stakeholders and utilise their strong organisational and administrative skills to be part of a highly collaborative team.

About the person

You will be a highly organised and flexible team player with a close attention to detail and the ability to work within tight deadlines whilst liaising with multiple stakeholders. You will have experience in providing administrative support preferably within a recruitment team and be comfortable providing advice to stakeholders in line with policy. Experience in updating intranet content as well as familiarity with developing recruitment related reports will be highly regarded.

Duties

Duties you may perform will include:

• Responsible for the management of the recruitment queries mailbox and addressing all queries received in addition to any recruitment related queries submitted to the PC Queries mailbox
• Provide administrative support including (but not limited to) peer review of letters of offer, formatting letters of offer, formatting of position descriptions and organising interviews
• Provide consistent, accurate and timely advice relating to recruitment policies and procedures to P&C Clients
• Liaise effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure tasks and activities are carried out effectively and efficiently. Support staff through the exit checklist process to ensure that it is completed in an accurate and timely manner
