The Business Partnering and Workplace Relations Division is responsible for delivering business partnering services and providing specialised employee and industrial relations advice across the workforce which comprises over 22,000 employees. The Business Partnering and Workplace Relations Division provides a supportive and dynamic culture where wellbeing is prioritised.
As a key senior team member reporting to the Director, Business Partnering and Workplace Relations, you will have hands-on accountability for leading the HR Business Partnering team, who act as the focal point for people related matters for their assigned portfolio areas and support their clients across all strategic HR and advisory services. You will be results driven and provide guidance in ensuring trusted and influential relationships, specialist HR advice and practical support to managers across the business. You will lead a team of eight HR Business Partners, whose roles have a senior HR generalist focus, managing people-related activities across the employee life cycle with an emphasis on early identification, intervention and resolution.
Your work will be based out of the Victoria Police Centre in Docklands, however at times you may be required to travel to various metropolitan and regional locations within Victoria to support senior clients.
