This fantastic opportunity will allow you as a Talent Acquisition Specialist to contribute strategically and operationally to the sourcing, attraction and retention of quality talent for Victoria Police’s senior leadership ranks.
You will collaborate with a highly talented team of human resource professionals and engage with key stakeholders to develop, design and implement new recruitment and selection tools that reflect current recruitment trends and industry best practice.

Your duties will include:
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work within the Recruitment and Deployment Division of the Human Resource Department. Using your exceptional communication, relationship management and strategic recruitment skills, you will design, develop and work to implement a suite of internal recruitment products to support the organisation in identifying, engaging and retaining its top talent.
You will engage in both consultative and responsive approaches to manage the internal recruitment and promotion needs for Victoria Police and will engage closely with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure buy in and confidence that the recruitment tools are designed in line with Victoria Police’s strategic direction.
