We are Vicinity Centres. All in all, we operate over 60 centres across Australia.
Role purpose
As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with hiring managers and colleagues to attract top talent and contribute to the delivery of our Talent Strategy that aligns with the current and future needs of Vicinity Centres.
You will help source the best possible talent for our teams, ensuring outstanding people and business outcomes using both traditional and non-traditional hiring methods.
You will identify and attract results focused team members for our Property portfolio who are passionate about what they do and how they contribute to our purpose.
What will you bring?
You will be an up and coming recruiter with prior experience gained in an internal role or agency environment. You will have had exposure to Boolean search, data mining and social recruiting. Your will be known for being customer focused, highly organised and a strong brand advocate. Lastly, you enjoy maintaining strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders. You will be systems savvy, customer focused and adaptive to the ever changing/challenging talent market.
