Role Description

The Vice President of Project Operations will oversee the strategic and operational execution of company-wide projects to drive efficiency, growth, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing operations, ensuring profitability and sustainability, formulating and implementing strategic initiatives, and overseeing project management processes. The role also involves improving customer service delivery and building relationships with key stakeholders. This is a full-time, remote position.

• Strong expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management
• Proven skills in Strategic Planning and Project Management
• Experience in building and maintaining high-quality Customer Service operations
• Demonstrable leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and remote working environment
• Experience in the technology or financial industries is preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
