This is a senior product leadership role at the intersection of enterprise networking, AI innovation, and large-scale platform development. You will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision for a next-generation network automation platform powered by Agentic AI, shaping how complex enterprise infrastructure is monitored, optimized, and transformed. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on product leadership, with ownership of the full product lifecycle from concept through delivery and iteration. You will lead a globally distributed product organization, aligning teams across regions to execute a unified vision. Acting as a key voice in AI-driven product strategy, you will translate emerging technologies into practical, high-impact solutions for enterprise customers. This is a highly influential position with direct impact on product direction, customer value, and market differentiation.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will define and execute the product strategy while leading a global organization responsible for delivering scalable, AI-driven enterprise networking solutions. You will ensure strong alignment between customer needs, technological innovation, and business outcomes.

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and differentiation strategy in the network automation and AI space
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, roadmap development, launch, and continuous iteration
• Drive innovation in Agentic AI applications for enterprise networking and operational workflows
• Lead and mentor a globally distributed product team across North America and Asia, ensuring alignment and execution excellence
• Translate complex customer and market needs into scalable, intuitive, and high-impact product solutions
• Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive product delivery and go-to-market alignment
• Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging AI technologies to inform long-term strategy
• Foster a strong culture of product excellence, customer-centricity, and data-informed decision-making

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a seasoned product executive with deep experience in enterprise SaaS and networking environments, combined with strong AI-driven product vision and global leadership capabilities. You are strategic, decisive, and comfortable operating in complex, fast-evolving technical landscapes.

• Proven experience in senior product leadership roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise software companies
• Strong expertise in enterprise networking domains such as infrastructure, observability, automation, or network operations
• Demonstrated ability to define and scale product strategy in complex technical environments
• Deep understanding of AI applications in enterprise systems, with a strong point of view on Agentic AI
• Experience leading distributed, global teams across multiple regions and time zones
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, with strong cross-cultural communication skills
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate ambiguity into clear product direction
• Decisive leadership style with the ability to form and defend strong product opinions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
