Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for the Vice President of Product Strategy. The VP of Product Strategy will lead the development and execution of the organization’s product vision and roadmap. Responsibilities include overseeing product management, conducting strategic planning, analyzing market trends, and aligning product development with business objectives. This role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring that product strategies drive growth and innovation.

• Strong expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management
• Excellent Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market trends
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning and aligning goals with business objectives
• Experience in Finance and budget management
• Proven leadership and team collaboration abilities
• Exceptional communication and decision-making skills
• Experience in the arts, education, wellness, or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
