Due to an internal promotion we have a unique opportunity to join our Human Relations team. Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the HR Associate role will make an impact:

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Provide HR support to the HR Team as required (eg ER, training & development, recruitment and payroll);
• Support the relationship with external recruitment & labour hire agencies;
• Manage the end to end recruitment process, including phone screening, interviews & on-boarding;
• Manage the purchase order, invoicing and receipting process using SAP.
• Maintenance of the Kronos (time-keeping & attendance) system;
• Process new employees within the Payroll and HRIS;
• Support the processing of fortnightly payroll;
• Provide support in preparing termination payments and other pay variations for employees as required;
• Complete reports as required by various public/private bodies;

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• Progressing towards completing / or have completed formal studies in HR (graduates are encouraged to apply!) ;
• Strong computer literacy, with HRIS experience (desirable);
• Experience using HRIS / Payroll systems / SAP (desirable);
• Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder)
