Job Description

This role will work closely with the People & Culture Manager to assist in providing support and programs to our teams. Activities will include:

Managing the employee life cycle from recruitment to exit

Maintaining the established WHS / OHS program

Maintain existing programs including peer recognition, employee benefits and employee surveys

Implementing new programs and procedures

Reporting and data management

We are looking for someone with:
Previous experience and confidence in a similar role

A high attention to detail

Experience in building relationships

A thorough understanding of confidentiality requirements

Excellent written and communication skills

This role is part time (16 hours per week) will involve the ability to work flexibly from a home office and whilst being able to work from one of our main offices.
