As a VIAcode Technical Account Manager (TAM), you are a professional who plays a critical role in bridging the gap between VIAcode and its customers. By leveraging your technical expertise, business acumen and industry perspectives you will be responsible for the end-to-end post sales delivery and support orchestration to align the right resources at the right time to achieve customer business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business goals, technical requirements, and challenges.
• Possess a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure services, architectures, and solutions. Stay up to date with the latest Azure features, updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with customers to create account plans and strategies aligned with their business objectives. Identify opportunities for Azure adoption, migration, and optimization within the customer’s environment.
• Offer technical expertise and guidance to customers on the implementation and optimization of cloud services, ensuring that best practices are followed.
• Manage and coordinate complex projects involving deployments, migrations, and integrations.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, such as sales teams, project managers, and delivery teams.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and competitive landscape in the cloud and Azure ecosystem.
Requirements:
• Strong technical background and expertise in Microsoft Azure services and solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address customer issues effectively.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple customer accounts and projects concurrently.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and support.
• Familiarity with Azure management and monitoring tools, Azure governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert are advantageous.
• 3+ years’ experience as a cloud technical account manager or cloud presales engineer.
