Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Due to major growth we are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and currently looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our US team. You will be responsible for supporting our Software Engineering hiring needs for our LuckyLand Slots product.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is an integral member of our recruiting team responsible for delivering top talent and excellent service to hiring teams across multiple departments and locations. They are responsible for developing, sourcing and attracting a balanced pipeline of quality candidates and are capable of generating results in a fast-paced environment.

This is a fully remote position.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage and drive a full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview, feedback and offers for all levels of candidates from entry to senior level across a range of business functions with a focus on Customer Support, Operations and Engineering positions.
• Establish strong relationships with hiring managers using your experience to help them shape meaningful job descriptions, job postings that speak to our target audiences and influence the processes to ensure effective and efficient recruitment
• Manage open positions, candidates and resources on our ATS Greenhouse for workflow tracking, communication and management of active and passive candidates
• Contribute to the Employer Branding strategy with creative ideas and social media execution
• Represent and speak passionately about VGW at identified networking and industry events, job fairs, conferences, etc
• Use data to support informed hiring decisions

What you will bring to the role:

• Three or more years of experience recruiting in an inhouse talent acquisition function or combined agency experience
• Experience working within a technology-based organisation
• Ability to build relationships, partner and influence key stakeholders to drive successful recruitment outcomes
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and a variety of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• A good understanding of recruitment and selection best practices
• Experience using data and insights to recommend and support hiring decisions
