We Need Bench Recruiter – who hires contractor w2 -employees.

Job Description :

We are looking for someone who has the ability to work independently and is able to understand business workflow and operational requirements. IT Recruiter We preferred a Candidate who worked with an IT consulting company.

Job Description:

• Technical recruiter must have strong negotiation skills and needs to negotiate terms and policy with US Citizens / GC Holders, H1-B Candidates( Work Visa Holders), F1 International Students for contracting employment.

• A good understanding of Various US-based subcontracting/FT working arrangements (C2C, 1099, W2) and Immigration Process Related to H1B, Green Card, TN Visa, EAD, etc.

• Must be well versed with Various US Tax Terms (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp etc.).

• Understand and responsible for Marketing campaigns to create a company brand by Reviewing Marketing Emailers, Social Presence like Linkedin, Facebook, etc. – Responsible to source leads through various social sites like LinkedIn, Face book, Twitter and so on.

• Good understanding of various ATS like Ceipal, CRM Tool like Hubspot.

– Good knowledge about US Geography and different Time zone.
