VF Corporation Hiring for Recruiter (Temporary, Work From Home, Wisconsin) at Wisconsin Full Time

The Recruiter will be responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment activities for seasonal Customer Service team members. This position will ensure a high-quality candidate and internal stakeholder experience, interview and select candidates, and support the administrative aspects of the talent acquisition process.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to source, identify, and secure talent for seasonal Customer Care Representative positions.
• Support all administrative aspects of the talent acquisition process, including the effective use of the Applicant Tracking System and other programs, scheduling and completing interviews, and consistent follow-up with candidates.
• Interview applicants over Zoom (video) for technical competence and applicable skills and experience.
• Evaluate candidates against position requirements and make recommendations to offer.
• Provide a level of relationship building and customer service with internal clients and candidates that emphasizes integrity, professionalism, quality, respect, and confidence.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in experience in recruiting
• Located in Wisconsin (Milwaukee or Madison area preferred, but not required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work between the hours of 7:00am – 6:30pm CST
• Reliable internet and a quiet place to work without distractions
• Ability to effectively utilize computers and navigate between multiple programs and screens
