Let’s Talk about the Role

As an intern in our internal Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team, you will support recruitment activities across different functions (and sometimes even different countries!) while collaborating on Talent Acquisition initiatives.

How You Will Make a Difference

You will work closely with the recruitment team, being responsible for:

• Creating a Job Description database
• Posting and updating open positions
• Learning and utilising Applications Tracking System (ATS) software (Workday)
• Scheduling phone, video, and onsite interviews
• Assisting with collection of key documents and information from different stakeholders
• Support ad hoc projects for Talent Acquisition

Skills for Success

You are a student or recent graduate with a strong interest in recruiting or talent acquisition. If you have prior experience, ideally in HR or Recruiting, that’s great but not necessary.

Interaction with people is critical for this role so you must be capable of communicating in a fast paced and international environment. We will handle together very urgent and critical processes, so it is important that you are a fast learner, with a strong eye for details and ability to multi-task.

• You will be able to learn a lot about recruitment and talent acquisition, developing an expertise in different European market.
• This internship will prepare you to become a recruiter or to start a career in a different HR area in an international company
• You will be working with a fresh, friendly and (often!) fun team, with a diverse, experienced professionals, always willing to share knowledge and tips
