Position Summary :

The Engineering Manager plays a critical role in overseeing process efficiency and reliability within the Williamsport facility.

They will manage the local manufacturing engineer(s) and industrial engineer(s) to ensure equipment and process designs align with operational needs.

They will also supervise maintenance activities to guarantee equipment reliability and minimize downtime. This position will also have responsibility for continuous improvement activities to enhance processes, reduce waste, and foster a culture of safety and innovation, contributing to the overall growth and competitiveness of the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, technical or trade school certification or equivalent required
• Previous leadership experience required with skills capable of motivating and developing high-performing teams
• Project Management experience is strongly preferred
• Welding, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveying systems experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
