VetCT Hiring for Education Administrator Job at Remote Full Time

VetCT are very excited to be recruiting for an Education Administrator. This position will cover support for the Director of Educational Content and Director of Educational Services. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised individual with a passion for project management, who is wanting to contribute to streamlining processes and being engaged with the veterinary academic community.

Here at VetCT we have our own Learning Management System (LMS) which is used to host learning materials for the internal team, for veterinary students, and for our veterinary clients. The role of the Education Administrator with respect to educational content will encompass LMS administration and learner administration within the LMS. In addition, the Education Administrator will engage with university clients using our educational content. There will also be other ad hoc tasks to support the Director of Educational Content and University Courses Lead in their roles.

Requirements

• Perform as a key member of the Educational Content team and assist the Director of Educational Content and University Courses Lead
• Act as a point of contact for academic clients
• Organise meetings and check-in chats with our University clients and the relevant VetCT team at regular intervals, attend these meetings, take minutes and actions.
• Handle registration, setup, and enrolment of learners for VetCT education courses
• Communicate with relevant teams at Universities around planning and delivery of our student education courses
• Maintain and report course completions and grading
• Ensure instructors are scheduled and supported for all university courses
• Liaise with the Instructional Designer to ensure all courses are appropriately created, organised and maintained
• Work with the resource planning team to ensure scheduling of radiologist time to deliver university courses and build educational content
• Participate in projects within the Educational Content team, especially through administrative support and ideally through novel contributions

Key Skills

• Proficiency with the major Learning Management Systems used in universities (Canvas, Moodle, Brightspace)
• Ability to contribute to team projects with high competency in GSuite tools, and software including HubSpot, Asana
• Organised, efficient, attentive to detail
• Experienced in customer services or team communications and is responsive to team and client needs.
• Proactive and independent contributor
• Able to take initiative and make suggestions.
• Able to balance multiple projects, work across multiple teams and liaise with different groups of people.
• Flexibility of working hours to accommodate team and client needs worldwide

Education

• Previous work experience in an administrative capacity is highly desirable for this role
• An Associate degree in a subject such as Education, Business Administration, Project Management, Information Science, Medical Administration/Management, or Information Technology/Management is preferred but not essential.
