• Serve as the lead point of contact for your sales team for customer account matters

• Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

• Interact with customers through emails, virtual conference applications and over the phone

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be eligible to work in Canada

• Previous experience in management, sales, customer service, or other related fields

• Respectable and professional at all times

• Strong listening, presentation, problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with technology and the internet

• Maintain knowledge of company products and services
