Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional to develop their skills and experience by working directly with the Head of Talent to ensure we are identifying and engaging with high quality talent within the market as VesselsValue continues to grow globally.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Talent department and wider business by using effective direct sourcing and networking techniques to identify, attract and engage with suitable professionals and ensuring the continuous talent pipeline of candidates.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to assist and gain exposure on various recruitment projects such ATS implementation, Graduate Schemes, Global Recruitment and Attraction/Resourcing Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Projects, and Totaljobs CV Database to ensure continuous talent pipeline
• CV Screening, shortlisting and telephone screening candidates
• Liaising with Head of Talent and stakeholders on vacancy details and requirements
• Recruitment administration, including updating trackers and hires reporting
• Engaging with ‘cold’ candidates, reaching out to relevant candidates within the market that may not have seen our adverts previously
• Supporting the Head of Talent with Recruitment projects
• Ensuring delivery against weekly interview and pipeline targets
• Ensuring vacancies & applications are cleansed and updated on job boards/ATS

Key skills required

• Experience recruiting in Data, Tech, FinTech, Sales, Shipping or Aviation sectors
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and conducting targeted searches
• Experienced in using job boards such as Indeed & Totaljobs and creating Boolean searches through CV databases

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary & benefits package dependant on experience

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
