We’re looking for a driven Finance Executive to lead our back-office during this stage of growth.

We’re looking for a driven Finance Executive to lead our back-office during this stage of growth.
Job Duties:
- Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance, accounting technology, and administrative functions
- Assist in hiring and managing a 1 – 3 person team
- Collaborate with the executive team to execute overarching strategy including systems implementations and process engineering
- Support CEO in raising and managing complex capital facilities including asset-based lines, working capital and real estate portfolio loans
- Develop and manage reporting including cash positions and projections, operational reporting, and analytics
- Lead monthly close process, compile financial statements, and meet 3rd party reporting requirements
- Manage our audit and tax firm including identifying and implementing tax optimization strategies
- Handle all corporate HR, compliance and risk mitigation
Skills and Qualifications:
- B.A. or B.S in Accounting or Finance;
- 5+ years of work experience; manufacturing or real estate industry experience is a plus
- Experience in QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or other ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills; SQL experience is a plus
