Vert Energy Group Hiring for Accounting Assistant for Inc. 5000 SaaS Company Job at Remote Full Time

Vert Energy Group, an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Company, is seeking a detailed oriented Accounting Assistant who is interested in joining the fast-growing Energy Efficiency & Sustainability Industry.

This is a full-time position that involve working with our operations and business development teams, including, but not limited to, the following:

• Completes data entry into QuickBooks and facilitates direct deposits.
• Ensures reconciliation and accuracy of Profit & Loss statements.
• Manages ledger and daily postings.
• Collection of past due accounts.

• Communicating with Clients regarding invoice questions.

• Provide additional support to Operations Manager as needed.

Qualifications:

• Highly proficient in QuickBooks Online.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Previous experience in an Accounting or Financial role.

Skills:

• Good attention to accuracy and detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to serve in multiple capacities as needed.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour

Work Setting:

• Remote

Schedule:

• Day shift – 8 hours
• Monday to Friday

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:

• $17-$21 DOE
