Diagnostics National Sales – explosive market
Verséa Health is looking to hire the most dynamic salespeople the industry has to offer, to join our winning team. This position will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Our salespeople can make between 150K-200k in their first year and even more in year 2 & 3. This In-Office position is a unique opportunity to show outstanding results and leadership in our newest luxury Downtown Tampa office location. You will join a team of high performing salespeople to achieve and exceed targeted revenue numbers. We need your help to bring Urgent Care Centers (UCCs) our powerful offer:
1. Innovative products to one of the fastest growing segments in healthcare
2. White glove service which saves administrative hours and helps UCCs see up to 20% more patients
3. Core value alignment – our common entrepreneurial outlook with our customers
Your job is to: Start a career andopen new UCCs and other medical provider relationships.

Responsibilities:
* Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers (physicians, urgent cares, hospitals, pharmacies, etc.), and following up on leads.
* Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
* Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.
* Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
* Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
* Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
* Staying informed about competing products and services.
* Upselling products and services.
* Researching and qualifying new leads.
* Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
* BA or BS Degree preferred.
* Prior Pharmaceutical or Healthcare sales experience preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as HubSpot a plus.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as ability to multitask.
* Excellent phone, cold calling, and customer service skills.
* Strong listening and sales skills.
* Ability to achieve targets and be coachable.
