The Role

Join a team of great engineers working on a Ruby on Rails/React monolith. We are looking for a passionate problem solver, a valued teammate, an active learner and a great engineer. We are set for growth both as a business and as a team and as individuals. We are preparing for over 500% growth in the next 18 months. This team is a full stack role, you will contribute to everything from the user interface, API tier, Service tier, and data tier.

The Stack includes: AWS, Linux, Ruby on Rails (Monolith), Tailwind/Hotwire, Minitest/RSpec, Docker/Kubernetes, Postgres, PowerShell, JavaScript, REST API.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with customer agencies to plan, present, and implement technical interfaces
• Collaborate with the deployment teams to build sustainable deployment processes and infrastructure
• Support customers in a technical capacity throughout the customer lifecycle

What You’ll Bring

• Strong CI/CD skills
• 1+ years Software Development experience
• Ability to code in Ruby, SQL and JavaScript
• Great communication skills
• Ability to clear background checks
• Agile processes SCRUM/Kanban
• Computer Science Degree or High Level Bootcamp education
• Coding and Debugging skills

You’ll Succeed if You Have

• Previous Experience in GovTech or Public Safety Tech
• Cloud Experience
• AWS or Azure Certifications
• Infrastructure as code (IAC) experience
