Veronica Beard is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial ecommerce expert to join our team as Director of E-Commerce. The Director of E-Commerce is responsible for strategically growing veronicabeard.com and optimizing our P&L as we expand. The ideal candidate is a numbers-driven, tech-savvy leader who can manage a fast-growing DTC site. This leader will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of veronicabeard.com including tech prioritization, project management, operations and site development, and product managing the online customer experience to maximize site usability, performance, and ROI. Â
This leader will leverage data to continuously improve on the site experience, presenting insights and recommendations to drive sales and conversion. The candidate is expected to be a data-driven product manager with a high level of ecommerce operations and project management expertise who likes to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative work environment.  The role will involve cross-functional collaboration with our marketing, creative, operations, planning, finance, retail and wholesale teams.
