About our opportunity – A generalist role with potential to be fast tracked to HR Manager
Part of a highly respected outsourced team, supporting one of Peterborough’s largest employers, you will be responsible for delivering a generalist HR service to line managers and employees of this very well-known client.
In particular, you will:
Provide advice and guidance on the full spectrum of employment issues, client HR policy and HR best practice.
Coach and support managers on disciplinary, capability and grievance issues, including attending meetings either virtually or face to face.
Provide guidance and support in connection with redundancy, restructures and TUPE transactions.
Research, develop and implement HR solutions to address specific people needs.
Requirements

A strong understanding of UK employment law and its practical application
A professional, generalist HR background
A “can do” positive attitude
A coaching approach to resolving workplace issues
Excellent communication skills are essential, together with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and build credibility quickly.
