This customer service position earns a competitive salary of up to $80,000 – $120,000/year with commission based on care plan sales. Our office hours are Monday and Thursday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Tuesday hours will rotate between the early shift (7:00 am – 9:00 am) and the later shift (4:00 pm – 6:00 pm), Wednesday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, and Friday 7:00 am – 2:00 pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SENIOR INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you are a positive person with great communication skills and a passion for helping others through our natural and holistic healthcare. Leveraging your excellent relationship-building skills and product knowledge, you evaluate treatment options and effectively explain and sell them to patients. You document all patient encounters as well as accept payments. Helping around the office, you always keep your workspace clean and assist other team members when needed. You feel good about using your sales and customer service skills to help our clients become healthy and happy!

“IDEAL” REQUIREMENTS FOR A SENIOR INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

• 10 years experience in sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows
• Ability to motivate clients to follow care plans
• Customer service and sales skills
• Skills such as passionate belief, people person, confident/bold, dependable/reliable, sales
• A two-year degree is preferred, but not required.
