Vermont Construction Company, Vermont’s fastest-growing business, is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. This position requires technical expertise, particularly in setting up and utilizing HubSpot, as well as a strong willingness to learn and collaborate with the team. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, efficient, and passionate about contributing to the transformation of the roofing industry in Vermont through innovative digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

HubSpot Management:

• Set up, configure, and optimize HubSpot marketing automation and CRM platform.
• Design and execute effective inbound marketing campaigns using HubSpot tools.
• Develop lead nurturing workflows, email marketing campaigns, and landing pages within HubSpot.
• Track and analyze key metrics and generate s to measure campaign performance and lead conversion rates.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
• Develop and manage content marketing strategies, including blog posts, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Optimize website content and SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure consistent messaging and effective marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, share innovative ideas, and actively participate in team meetings.
• Support and align marketing efforts with the overall company branding and objectives.

Analysis and Optimization:

• Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze marketing performance metrics.
• Identify areas for improvement, conduct A/B testing, and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing.
• Technical expertise and experience setting up and utilizing HubSpot is essential.
• Solid understanding of inbound marketing principles, lead generation, and customer journey mapping.
• Proficiency in social media management, paid advertising platforms, and content marketing strategies is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
