Job Title: Renewals Specialist
Location: Hybrid – 2 days in office out of the Birmingham office.
Salary: Up to £32,000 p.a. DOE + £2,400 KPI Bonus
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm

Role Overview

As a Sales and Renewals Specialist, you’ll manage around 400 small policy renewals monthly in a fast-paced environment. You’ll liaise with insurers, guide existing customers through their renewal process, and identify opportunities for upselling on occasion.
